I have kept journals three times in my life: when I lived in England during my junior year abroad and during my two pregnancies. For the most part, my memory is awful, so I love that I have records of those three pivotal times during my life.
About a year ago, I decided to jump into the blogging world. This blog serves as a place for me to document: my thoughts, family activities, and photographs.
I maintain a gluten-free diet, have two small children, and love photography, so a lot of the blog circles around those interests. I try to sew and am also interested in family financial planning as well moving my household in a more environmentally friendly direction.
Why title the blog Cereal 4 Supper? Although many bloggers say that their lives are not perfect, blah, blah, blah, their presentation indicates otherwise. On occasion, we do eat cereal for supper; I’m too tired or simply don’t have the inclination to fix some wonderfully delicious and nutritious meal…and that’s ok.
This blog is about living deliberately (making choices about how money is spent, recognizing the impact my decisions have on the environment, exploring the world, watching what the body ingests, etc.). It is also about living with grace and forgiveness–for others and myself.
It is about striving to be better and celebrating the small victories.
