		<description><![CDATA[So, do you prepare these from scratch every evening, or do some prep work on the weekend?  These all seem like really good menus, and not overly complicated!  Do you do things in bulk at all (like buy extra turkey and make enough burgers for two sets of meals?)]]></description>
